We created a premium, experience-driven website for Feathertop Winery that captures the exclusivity, beauty and lifestyle of this private estate. Designed to reflect their unique positioning as a members-based winery, the site brings together wine, accommodation, events and experiences into one seamless digital journey – mirroring the sophistication of the brand itself.

At the core of the platform is a custom-built ecommerce system that goes far beyond standard online sales. We developed a subscription-based membership service, allowing users to join the wine club, manage their subscriptions, customise orders and receive curated selections. The system includes complex inventory management and flexible product configuration – enabling members to mix and match wines within their boxes while ensuring stock levels are accurately maintained.

The result is a powerful, tailored platform that supports both one-off purchases and ongoing memberships, delivering a seamless experience for customers while giving the Feathertop team full control over their operations.

The platform also supports a full ecommerce experience for all users, allowing visitors to easily browse and purchase wines with or without a subscription. Behind the scenes, complex shipping rules and courier integrations ensure orders are processed accurately – handling variables like location, order size and delivery requirements.

A dedicated member portal provides easy access to past orders, account detail  and the ability to quickly reorder favourite selections. Together, this creates a smooth, reliable experience for all users, while keeping fulfillment and logistics running efficiently behind the scenes.
