We created a clean, modern website for Tomaree Community Hospital Auxiliary that reflects the heart of the organisation – supporting local healthcare through community-driven fundraising. The platform was designed to clearly communicate their mission, showcase initiatives like events, raffles and fundraising efforts to highlight the real impact of donations on hospital equipment and patient care.

With a strong focus on clarity, engagement and donations, the site makes it easy for users to explore current projects, view funding goals and get involved – whether through donations, events or volunteering. The result is a user-friendly digital presence that not only tells their story but actively supports their ongoing efforts to improve health services for the community.

Smart Wishlist for Targeted Fundraising

We developed a custom wishlist system that allows the Auxiliary to showcase specific items needed for the hospital, making fundraising more transparent and goal-driven. Each item displays its funding progress, helping donors clearly see where their contributions are making an impact.

The system is fully automated – items that are still under 100% funded appear in the active wishlist, while those that reach their target are automatically moved to a completed section. This keeps the site up to date in real time, highlights progress and builds trust by showing exactly what has been achieved through community support.

Automated Events That Stay Up to Date

Automated Events That Stay Up to Date

We implemented a dynamic events system that automatically displays the next six upcoming events, including both public and member-only activities. Events can be preloaded in the system and displays the next 6 upcoming events, ensuring the most relevant events are always visible.

Past events are automatically removed once their date has passed, keeping the website clean and up to date without any manual management. This provides a seamless experience for users while reducing ongoing admin for the team.
