Client Connect is a custom platform to book workforce training or support

Our client needed a better way to manage workforce training and support bookings. Their existing process was manual, time-consuming and lacked visibility – making it difficult to generate quotes, manage bookings and coordinate resources efficiently while drowning in spreadsheets.

We developed Client Connect based on their business workflows – a custom workforce training and support system designed to streamline the entire process from enquiry to delivery. Clients can log into their own portal to submit booking requests for training or workforce support services, instantly receive a quote and approve or decline it in real time.

Once approved, the system seamlessly moves into the booking phase, where the client can view the availability of professionals and confirm jobs. Invoicing is automatically generated based on key milestones, removing administrative overhead and ensuring accuracy.

Client Connect provides a powerful admin management system, giving the client full control over contacts, staff and professionals availability in one centralised platform. Administrators can easily manage service requests, generate and track quotes and oversee the entire booking lifecycle from a single dashboard.

Service Requests

With end-to-end workflow management of service requests, quotes and invoicing, the system provides complete visibility across operations – ensuring nothing is missed and everything runs smoothly. Clients can login and request a service based on their availability and required participants, from there an automatic quote is issued for them to accept or decline – it reduces manual work, improves accuracy and gives the team the tools they need to manage services efficiently and at scale.

The system includes a fully customised eLearning LMS, giving the client complete control over training delivery and content. Courses can be assigned to organisations, individual contacts or linked directly to specific service requests – ensuring the right training is delivered at the right time.

The platform allows the client to build and manage their own online courses with ease, using a wide range of content options including videos, quizzes, and interactive questions. This creates a flexible, engaging learning experience while keeping everything centralised within the same system – removing the need for external platforms and additional costs.

The platform features a dedicated resource library where links, files and documents can be stored, viewed or downloaded. Content can be managed privately or shared with specific users based on service request categories, ensuring the right information is accessible to the right people at the right time. This keeps resources organised, easy to manage and fully integrated into the overall workflow.
