Felix is a custom platform to manage memberships, CPD & much more

Our client came to us with a fragmented system that made managing members difficult and inefficient. They were using multiple platforms that didn’t communicate well with each other, resulting in a clunky and disconnected experience with lots of double handling. Members struggled to self-manage their profiles, track their CPD points or purchase products easily, creating frustration for both users and administrators.

We developed Felix – an intuitive, all-in-one platform that brings everything together. Members and guests can now manage their details, purchase products and keep track of their CPD diaries – all while connected to the clients backend CRM and eLearning systems. When a member attends an event or completes a course, their CPD points are automatically updated and certificates are instantly available to download – creating a streamlined, user-friendly experience from end to end for everyone internally and externally.

Admin Management

Felix includes a powerful admin dashboard that gives the client complete control over the platform. From creating and managing products to tracking purchases and accessing detailed member or CPD information, everything is available in one centralised system. The dashboard provides clear visibility across activity, simplifies day-to-day management and removes the need for multiple tools – making it easy for administrators to manage operations efficiently and with confidence.

Member Portal

The membership portal is designed to give users full transparency over their membership and a seamless experience. Members can easily manage their profiles and purchase events or courses – all in one place. With a clean, intuitive interface, the portal makes it simple for users to stay on top of their progress, access certificates and engage with the organisation without needing support, creating a smooth and self-sufficient experience.

CPD Diary & Compliance

The CPD diary is designed to help members stay compliant and in control of their professional development. Users can easily view their accrued CPD points as they complete courses or attend events, with everything automatically tracked and CPD points assigned in real time.

The system displays each member’s compliance requirements based on their membership level, clearly showing progress towards their annual CPD targets. Once compliance is achieved, a certificate is automatically generated and made available for download. At the start of each new year, the CPD cycle resets seamlessly – ensuring members can continue to track and manage their development with ease.

Seamless Integration

Felix is fully integrated with the client’s Learning Management System (LMS) eLearning platform, giving members seamless access to courses, learning materials using Single Sign On (SSO) and progress tracking directly within the portal. Course completions, results and activity are automatically synced with Felix in real-time, ensuring a smooth connection between learning and CPD tracking without any manual input.

Beyond the LMS, the platform is deeply integrated with the client’s CRM, finance system and payment gateway – creating a fully connected ecosystem with real-time updates to Member data and transactions.
