Introducing a fully digital permit system, making it simple for visitors to apply and manage access. Permits can be submitted through the app or via an online form on the web, with flexible options including one-off permits or auto-renewing access. Users can easily complete payments using Apple Pay or card and access their permit anytime via the app.

The interactive map clearly highlights permitted areas, giving users a real-time view of where they are allowed to go. If a user moves 10 metres outside their permitted zone, they receive instant alerts.

Land closures and access changes are managed by rangers in real time, with updates pushed directly to the app if conditions change.

The web portal allows rangers to send real-time push notifications, ensuring all users can be reached instantly in critical situations. Whether it’s a cyclone, fire, evacuation or safety alert, administrators can send urgent messages that are delivered straight to users’ devices while on the Eylandt.

This removes the reliance on physically locating individuals, providing a fast, reliable way to communicate important updates and keep visitors informed, safe, and prepared when it matters most.

The web dashboard gives administrators/rangers full visibility and control over all permit data in one centralised system. From viewing applications or taking action on renewals, refunds or cancellations – everything can be handled quickly and efficiently in real-time.
