Before StableSafe, managing daily operations across horse and stable teams was time-consuming and inconsistent. Key processes like onboarding, task allocation, training and compliance were handled manually or across disconnected systems, making it difficult to maintain visibility and accountability. Incident reporting was often delayed or overlooked and ensuring consistent standards of care across the team was varied with communication minimal.

Training & Procedures

The platform allows administrators to create and manage online training modules that are directly linked to tasks within the app. This means staff can access step-by-step guidance and learning materials as they carry out their responsibilities, ensuring they understand exactly how each task should be completed.

Automated Tasks

Automated Tasks

The app streamlines task management while seamlessly integrating training, processes and procedures into daily operations. Each staff member is assigned to a specific site location for the day, and as soon as they’re allocated, their tasks are automatically populated within the app. These tasks are directly linked to relevant procedures and training materials, ensuring that staff not only complete their work but do so in line with the correct standards.

Smart Clock on/off

Smart Clock on/off

The intelligent clock-in and clock-off system designed to automate timesheets and provide accurate visibility of staff activity on site. When team members arrive at their assigned location, they can easily clock in through the app, with their time and location automatically recorded – to prevent missed clock-offs, the app will ask the user if they are 1km off-site.

Incident Reporting

Incident Reporting

We built structured incident reporting for both human and horse-related emergencies. Staff can log incidents in real time and capture supporting evidence such as photos, screenshots, audio or video – ensuring accurate and detailed reporting.

Once submitted, reports trigger automated workflows that notify the right people and guide follow-up actions. This ensures incidents are managed efficiently, with clear visibility and accountability from start to finish from the web dashboard and app.
